This policy explains what information Victory Ranch collects from families, campers and staff, how Victory Ranch uses it, and the choices you have. Victory Ranch decides what it collects and why. Victory Ranch uses Core Registration to run registration, payments and family communication; Core Registration handles that information on Victory Ranch's behalf, as its service provider, and for no purpose of its own.
Information we collect
Contact details for parents, guardians and staff: names, email addresses, mobile phone numbers and mailing addresses.
Information about campers that you give us when you register: for example date of birth, grade, emergency contacts, and the health and care information we ask for.
Registration and payment records. Card payments are handled by our payment processor. If you choose to save a card, the processor stores it; we keep only the card type, the last four digits, the expiration date and the billing address, never the full card number or security code.
Messages between you and us, including text messages, and a record of whether you agreed to receive text messages.
How we use it
To run registrations and keep you informed about them.
To send camp updates, schedule changes, day-of alerts and photos from camp.
To care for campers safely while they are with us.
To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Text messages
If you give Victory Ranch your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we use that number only to send the messages described in our Text Message Terms.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or rent mobile phone numbers. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, other than the service providers that deliver our messages for us.
Who we share information with
Victory Ranch does not sell personal information. We share it only:
with service providers that work on our behalf under contract — Core Registration, and the hosting, payment, email and text-message delivery services it uses;
when the law requires it;
when it is needed to protect a camper's or another person's safety.
Your choices
You can see and correct your family's information in the family portal, or by contacting us.
You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Visits to our website and forms
We count visits to our website, registration page and forms so we know how many people use them. The count uses no cookies, stores no IP address or other detail that identifies you, and cannot follow you from one day to the next.
Keeping information safe
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, and we protect it with administrative, technical and physical safeguards.
